The Complete Ag Testing Ground
The Complete Ag Testing Ground is a single pathway to prove your ag technology and get it to market.
We provide a complete suite of partners and options to prove your technology works, gather relevant data, and get your technology in front of tech-minded producers.
Do more than testing with a single entity or farm, partner with our entire state.
A partnership of The Combine, Nebraska’s commodity boards, the University of Nebraska, and Nebraska producers.

Why Nebraska
Nebraska holds one of the widest ranges of production agriculture in the country inside a single state.
Irrigated and non-irrigated row crops, cattle and livestock at scale, processing and biomanufacturing, and eco-regions that shift from one end of the state to the other.
A technology tested here has been tested against a cross-section of what it will face nationally.
Diversity of production. Corn, soybeans, wheat, cattle, hogs, irrigated and dryland acres, and processing, all within driving distance.
Water and irrigation. The largest irrigated acreage in the country and the manufacturing base that built it.
Research infrastructure. On-farm research trials run on working farms across the state, plus TAPS, ENREC, and University of Nebraska research programs.
Producers who show up. The Combine’s Insights Network is 118 producers across 78 Nebraska communities, already organized and already engaged.
One Pathway
Agriculture is distributed by nature. Producers, dealers, cooperatives, commodity groups, and research programs are not organized around a startup’s needs.
That is the problem this network solves. All Partners are coordinated to help provide you a pathway to your technology needs.
Step 1. Tell us what you are trying to prove
Submit through the form below or through any partner in the network. One intake, one set of materials.
Step 2. The network reviews it together
Partners meet monthly to review incoming companies. You get a coordinated answer instead of five separate conversations, and feedback from commodity boards and producers on whether the technology fits a real pain point.
Step 3. We build the pathway
Based on where you are, we connect you to the right mix of research trials, producer pilots, and market introductions, with clear costs and clear timelines up front.
Step 4. You prove it, and you sell it
Testing produces credible data. The network puts that data and your technology in front of Nebraska producers, dealers, and the ag supply chain.
