Marble Technologies | Startup-In-Residence Highlight

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, it became evident that the meatpacking industry's dependence on manual labor created vulnerabilities in the supply chain. Marble Technologies develops intelligent technologies to automate labor-intensive, repetitive, and complex processing tasks across the food supply chain, starting in the beef and pork industry.

Utilizing artificial intelligence, computer vision, robotics, and control system technologies, Marble is delivering the next generation of automation to the meat supply chain. With a diversified team with experience in robotics, software development, meat science, agricultural economics, automation engineering, and marketing, this team has years of experience and a breadth of knowledge to bring to the table. Marble is a Startup-In-Residence at The Combine Incubator, an AgTech startup program.

With customer-driven solutions and results, this company is clear about its intentions to problem solve. They place a low-footprint focus on building technology that fits within a facility's existing space constraints. Technology also quickly integrates into existing fabrication lines with an easy set-up. Artificial intelligence responds to variability in meat to match the yield and speed requirements of the processing facilities.

Being a leader in the meat processing industry, Marble Technologies has been making itself known across the country while being based out of Lincoln. Recently being named a semi-finalist in the American Farm Bureau Federation's Ag Innovation Challenge, Marble was identified as a top entity addressing either old or new challenges farmers, ranchers, and people of rural communities are facing. The Combine congratulates this startup-in-residence for representing the state progressively and positively!
